Their install was done in a precise way, they kept their work-space clean and respected our property as if it was their own. They came highly recommended and have delivered the service we needed. So the in-laws a/c went out on 6/5/2024. They called the home warranty place. They sent Beaches Heating & Air out there. Those are the scammers. Never checked freon level or anything. So they were in a hotel for 2 days system started cooling again. On 6/12/2024 the system took a dump again. I called Chris and he scheduled an appointment the very next day. He came out and checked the unit. He offered superb customer service by putting bandaid work on it til today 6/17/2024. Today Dan came out and installed a new unit and they went above and beyond the customer service spectrum. I know for a fact if there is a bad review on here it’s probably cause they didn’t get there way. Chris and Dan y’all have won our families service. We received excellent service from Chris. He was very informative about how each system worked to fix our ac properly. He was so friendly nice and cool about everything and didn’t try to scam us like other businesses out there. The representative of cool connection was very knowledgeable about what he was doing he explained everything that I needed to know about cleaned everything he made sure I knew how to do things and I'm very overall extremely happy with the service. We were very pleased with the service of our unit. Tech arrived on time and worked a solid two hours doing their maintenance to get us ready for winter! Tech was very polite and answered our questions. They gave us reminders so we wouldn't miss our appointment and I really appreciated that too. I highly recommend this company for all your AC needs!
