From the time Ms. Lois said hello. The customer service was welcoming and inspiring that my air would be fixed that same day. The service tech was on time and very knowledgeable as well as professional. Dan had my problem solved in less then a hour. He even educated me about keeping the unit maintained. The office personnel and the technician were informative and helpful. They stayed in touch with me while my part was being ordered and when the technician came he was well qualified and took pride in his work.
