My experience with Sherry every time I contact her to schedule services in my A/C unit is client focused. I contacted Sherry because for two times in the roll the technician servicing my unit found a leak in my A/C unit (practically a new unit)and he charged me for additional gas in the unit. This happened two time and I end up paying a lot of money out of my packet, although I had paid for a five years plan. Sherry, is someone that is honest and a client focused, responded quickly by contacting the business owner and he concern about my situations, he offered a free solution, when he could have billed me for the technician to come to my house to find why the unit was leaking. Cool Connections, INC is a trustworthy company and scheduled a technician to come and service my unit and to find out why the leak of gas. So the in-laws a/c went out on 6/5/2024. They called the home warranty place. They sent Beaches Heating & Air out there. Those are the scammers. Never checked freon level or anything. So they were in a hotel for 2 days system started cooling again. On 6/12/2024 the system took a dump again. I called Chris and he scheduled an appointment the very next day. He came out and checked the unit. He offered superb customer service by putting bandaid work on it til today 6/17/2024. Today Dan came out and installed a new unit and they went above and beyond the customer service spectrum. I know for a fact if there is a bad review on here it’s probably cause they didn’t get there way. Chris and Dan y’all have won our families service. Air conditioner stopped working last night. I called them this morning at 8:00, spoke with Sherry who is very professional and helpful. Scheduled service for today between 10:00-1:00. Chris arrived in the time quoted and repair was completed in less than an hour. Very grateful for the same day service and quick repair, especially with the temperatures so high. Have been a customer of Cool Connections for years and would recommend them to anyone needing Ac service. 9/1/2024 This afternoon noticed house getting warmer and warmer. Called for after hours service and Chris was out in less than 2 hours and completed the service in a timely manner.. I am extremely grateful for the same day service on the holiday weekend and that unit was able to be repaired. Highly recommend this company, Cool Connections. Read Less

Cool connections overall was a fantastic experience from the office staff Mrs sherry to the field techs they where amazing my unit malfunctioned I called multiple companies and cool connection was the only one to answer and get a tech out to me that day!! After diagnosing the problem they had to order a part but got me up and running while we waited on the part and then once the part arrived quickly had in installed my experience was awesome all of my ac needs will go through them for the rest of my life the office staff was such a pleasure to deal with and made everything from schedule to payment smooth and painless and my tech Dan was stellar he explained everything and was overall just a great amazing kind individual I would trust these folks for anything they are a great company Read Less
